Step 1 is to determine what level you child should be in. From there we can find days and times that fit your schedule. We know we have silly names for our levels. We teach kids and we like goofy names. We could have 4 and 5 year old beginners but we think it is a lot more fun to have a Rosie Red Fish class. So take a look at this page, the age and ability levels of the classes increase as you go down the page. If you would like to see a flowchart of our level progression, click here. Our levels have other skills that need to be accomplished to pass out of the level but these thumbnails give you an idea of where your child may be within our program. If you read over the levels and still are not sure, give us a call at (704) 846-7946 or email us and we will be happy to help you. We can also set up a free evaluation and let your child swim a little bit with one of our teachers so we can see their ability. If you are unsure between two levels for your child, we always advice to place a child in a lower level. We will promote children whenever they reach the goals of that level. So, it is better for a child to be in a lower level and be confident with his or her ability than to be in a higher level and feel that he/she is overmatched. After you identify the level your child should be give us a call and we can find openings that fit your schedule and start the registration process.
